Applied Lean tools to factory (5S, Waste Walks, Process/Spaghetti Mapping, Value Stream Mapping, and Kaizen Events).

Developed and trained factory wide employees on Lean Manufacturing and Lean Tools (Lean Introduction, Direct Observation, 5s/SCANDO, Waste Walks).

Factory point of contact and lean champion.

Provided Total Predictive Maintenance (TPM) recommendations based on tool availability, repair times and frequencies, preventative maintenance performance, and mean time to failure (MTTF) data.

Maintained and reported progress to performance goals to factory management on area maintenance indicators (i.e. availability, utilization, MTTF, Green-2-Green times, Waddington Effect, M-ratio, etc...).

Put together area roadmaps to incorporate TPM as a way of life.
