Lean IT Project Manager (Tax Free)

Our client is a Bank based in the UAE who are looking for an individual who has experience of being involved in or leading multiple Lean IT Implementations (preferably with some within a Banking or Financial Services environment)

Position description:
- Work with senior IT Leaders to guide the Lean transformation program
- Recommend solutions to drive value from lean initiatives
- Coach and train junior lean navigators on Lean management system
- Lead enhancement of performance metrics and setting targets, coordinate activities and communicate across organization
- Become thought partner to senior IT leaders

Must Have
- Experience of at least 5 – 7 successful implementations of Lean (including 2 – 3 Lean IT) with sustained results
- Experience implementing Lean in IT organization or service organizations or Ops/Manufacturing environment (with IT knowledge)
- Ability to lead and sustain large change management program (Project Management capability)

Knowledge:
- IT Governance and processes,
- ADM and IT Infrastructure processes
- Understanding of ITIL/COBIT and SDLC processes

Nice to have:
- 8 – 10 years experience in IT
- Technical expertise in IT Infrastructure
- Deep knowledge of ITIL and COBIT and SDLC Processes
- Banking industry and systems knowledge
- MENA experience
